Michigan Wraps up Big 10 Postseason Awards

Manny Harris, DeShawn Sims, Ekpe Udoh, and Ron Coleman all received postseason honors from the Big 10. Harris, who led the team in scoring at just over 16 ppg was named to the All-Big 10 second team by both the coaches and AP. Sims and his 12.5 ppg received honorable mention honors while the pride of Edmond, Oklahoma - Ekpe Udoh - and his league-leading 5 blocks per game was named to the all defensive team for the second consecutive year. Not to be forgotten, Senior Ron Coleman was honored as Michigan's recipient of the Big 10 Sportsmanship Award. Unfortunately, there were no stats available on just how good of a sport Ron Coleman is.

Michigan (9th seed) will take on Iowa (8th seed) at 12:00 PM Thursday in Indianapolis in round one of the Big 10 tournament. Should (when) Michigan goes on to win the Big 10 Tournament, they will likely be in the play-in game for the NCAA tournament next Tuesday.
